Online Tuition Platform: we have our own platform for online tuition, instruction and user guide will be provided.
Classroom types: individual or Small group (up to 6 pupils)
Had experience teaching students whose English as an additional language will be preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
The tutor shall carry out the professional duties of a tutor under the direction of the company and these shall include.
· 1. Planning and preparing lessons in accordance with the aims and objectives of the Academy and the program of study.
· 2.Teaching the pupil(s) assigned and is responsible for the welfare of the pupil(s) for the time of the lesson.
· 3. Maintaining the good order and discipline of the pupil(s) and safeguarding their health and safety whilst they are under your supervision.
· 4.Assessing, recording and reporting on the development progress and attainment of the pupil(s) in accordance with procedures laid down.
· 5. Communicating with and giving feedback to parents of the pupil(s) regularly.
· 6. Liaising, when appropriate, with colleagues, to ensure continuity of teaching and learning in each class.
· 7. Supervising and, as far as is practicable, teaching any pupil whose tutor is not available to teach them.
· 8. Participating in as appropriate any meetings affecting the Academy and its pupil(s).
· 9. Participating in arrangements for training, professional development as a tutor and appraisal.
· 10. Carrying out any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Head.
· 11. Sound Internet connection and a quiet environment.

Experience(Preferred):
· Experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment.
· Experience of assisting with the assessment, recording and reporting of pupil(s)’ progress.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the relevant curriculum

An understanding of young children

Confidence and competence when managing the learning and behaviour of an individual or a small group.
Ability to develop high-quality learning resources.
Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation.
Knowledge of strategies and principles of inclusion.
Willingness to work in support of the ethos of the Academy.
